What is dynamic capitalism?

Dynamic capitalism is a process of wealth creation. This process is characterized by the dynamics of new, creative firms forming and growing while old, large firms are declining and failing.

This happens when a new company introduces a new product or service which makes the product that was already in the market obsolete. An example of this is when horses became obsolete for transportation when cars were introduced.
