Too much bureaucracy kills innovation

Having a hard time innovating? Try to get a walk or talk with someone with a different mindset. The best ideas are created after all when your not behind your desk. Strange thing about design principles

Don’t you just like it when you know that when you want B to happen, you know you have to do A? Lets make the example concrete: I want the room temperature to be 20 degrees. I need to turn the heater on and set it up to 20 degrees to reach my goal. And now I just wait :).
