entrepreneurial capital can be seen as a combination of entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial commitment.

entrepreneurial competence is the ability to:

1. recognize and envision taking advantage of the opportunity
2. to access and manage the necessary resources to actually take advantage of the opportunity

entrepreneurial commitment is the devotion of the time and energy necessary to bring the enterprise to life and fruition.

In short:

Entrepreneurial Capital = entrepreneurial competence x entrepreneurial commitment
